Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 October 2026 · Draft for review

By creating a Tilt account you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Tilt

2. How you must behave

We may remove content, limit features, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules, and report illegal activity to the authorities.

3. Meeting in person

Tilt suggests public places, but you are responsible for your own safety. Meet in busy public places, tell a friend where you are going, use Safe Meet, and report anything that feels wrong. Tilt does not run background checks; a verified badge confirms a live selfie matched the profile photos, not a person’s character.

4. Tilt+ (paid)

5. Your content

You own what you post. You allow Tilt to display it to other members inside the app so the service can work. You are responsible for what you post and must have the right to share it.

6. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the You tab. We may close accounts that break these terms.

7. Limits of responsibility

Tilt is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for how members behave on or off the app, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.

8. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. For complaints, contact our Grievance Officer at tiltdatingapp.info@gmail.com. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

9. Changes

We will tell you in the app before meaningful changes take effect.
